Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, PCs, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Manage, issue, and replace IT equipment.
• Install and administer hardware components.
• Process support tickets in the Helpdesk system.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in user support or a strong affinity for PCs and hardware.
• Open to career changers, especially gamers, tinkerers, or tech enthusiasts.
• Strong service-oriented mindset, eager to help and find solutions.
• Hands-on approach, team spirit, and enthusiasm for technology.
