About the Role
We're partnering with KiKxxl to find an enthusiastic IT Support specialist with a passion for hardware and troubleshooting. This role is ideal for individuals looking to assist users with their technical challenges, and we welcome career changers, especially gamers and tech enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, PCs, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Manage, issue, and replace IT equipment.
- Install and administer hardware components.
- Process support tickets in the Helpdesk system.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in user support or a strong affinity for PCs and hardware.
- Open to career changers, especially gamers, tinkerers, or tech enthusiasts.
- Strong service-oriented mindset, eager to help and find solutions.
- Hands-on approach, team spirit, and enthusiasm for technology.
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style.
- Valid Class B driving license (mandatory).
