Lead Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead and coach software development teams
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical concepts
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities and develop solution proposals
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Foster and develop team members' skills, set objectives, and monitor performance

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of leadership experience in software development, preferably in an agile environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
• High level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn
• Extensive technical and methodological expertise with a solution-oriented approach
