The Role

• Concept, implement, and optimise digital performance marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Perform SEO and GEO optimisation for texts, blog articles, landing pages, and videos
• Plan and manage SEA campaigns, including Google Ads, Social Ads, and Retargeting
• Analyse KPI-based performance data to derive measures for increasing reach, traffic, and conversion
• Conduct trend, competitor, and target group analyses, and develop new campaign ideas and formats

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in content and digital marketing, SEO, SEA, and social media
• Passion for performance marketing, data-driven strategies, and digital communication
• Excellent understanding of target groups, trends, content, and sales-promoting communication
• Experience with social media platforms, online marketing tools, and SEO/SEA tools
• Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret KPIs and derive concrete optimisations
• Professional working proficiency in German and good English skills
