Senior Python Software Engineer

The Role
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Python applications and system integrations, incorporating modern technologies including AI.
- Optimize build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring stable and high-performance delivery through efficient CI/CD structures.
- Provide technical leadership in projects, translating business requirements into robust solutions and advising stakeholders on feasibility and architecture.
- Ensure code and product quality through established standards, reviews, and continuous optimization of performance, security, and developer experience.
- Foster the technical growth of the team, actively share knowledge, and take on responsibility in technical leadership.
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Python, along with excellent knowledge of common frameworks and the Python ecosystem.
- Profound expertise in designing distributed systems, modern software architectures, and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and Git-based development processes.
- Confident use of AI-powered development tools and a high interest in current developments in the AI field.
- Excellent communication skills, an ownership mentality, and an interest in technical leadership and team development.
- Professional working proficiency in English and German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
