The Role

• Participate in a 12-week sales entry program to develop strong sales skills
• Proactively identify and contact new business customers (SMEs)
• Conduct needs analyses with clients to propose suitable outdoor advertising and online marketing solutions
• Present tailored solutions from a diverse portfolio and close new contracts
• Act as the primary contact for newly acquired customers, building trust and maintaining relationships
• Receive full support from leadership, the training team, and colleagues

What You'll Need

• Completed, ideally commercial, vocational training and an interest in sales
• Class B driving license and willingness to perform field sales
• Empathy and a proactive approach to engaging with new customers
• Strong persuasive skills to excite clients about products
• Hands-on mentality, working independently and results-oriented
• Ambition and discipline, staying focused and resilient to setbacks
• Fluent German written and spoken language skills
