Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We're working with Ströer on this exciting opportunity. Join a dynamic digital content marketing agency dedicated to revolutionizing Content Performance Marketing and delivering maximum value for clients through engaging content. As a key member of the SEO team, you'll help over 30 clients boost their Google visibility and measure search traffic success.

The Role:

• Develop individual SEO strategies with a focus on OnPage optimization
• Support client communication and advise on all SEO-related technical questions
• Monitor market and competitor trends to derive actionable insights
• Create comprehensive reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Content, Consulting, IT, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to support content strategy development

What You'll Need:

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Media, or a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in agency, in-house, and/or media sectors with an SEO focus
• Strong knowledge of common SEO and analysis tools (e.g., Sistrix, SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of HTML or JavaScript is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills, resilience, a quick grasp, and high willingness to learn
