Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Contribute to an agile, cross-functional team as a Senior Full Stack Developer
• Expand and improve the codebase for cloud-based applications
• Actively participate in team discussions and decision-making for solution finding
• Independently find and implement robust technical solutions for new features
• Address problems and obstacles proactively through direct communication
• Continuously learn new technologies and apply this knowledge to tasks

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in developing cloud-based applications
• Strong knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs
• Excellent proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (especially React) and/or AWS is a plus
• Intrinsic interest in high-quality software development and structured work
• Ability to delve into complex technical domains and deliver reliable solutions
• A customer-centric approach to making payroll an excellent experience
• Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and a collaborative mindset
• Very good German language skills (at least C2)
