The Role
- Provide primary IT system support for the Sanitätsakademie
- Contribute to the continuous modernization of IT infrastructure
- Ensure stable and secure operation of essential IT services
- Support diverse IT environments, from basic operations to deployment-near areas
- Work closely with a large team of IT professionals
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an IT System Engineer, particularly in on-site support
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Dedication to secure and efficient IT service delivery
