About the Role
We are seeking AI Engineers passionate about driving Generative AI adoption and transformation across multiple business and engineering functions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling GenAI systems that enhance workflow automation, decision support, and digital productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Gen‑AI/LLM solutions across business units
- Evaluate and integrate large language models, agent frameworks, prompt systems, and AI pipelines
- Develop scalable backend components using Python, APIs, vector databases, and cloud services
- Collaborate with product, engineering, IT, and data teams to define & implement AI use cases
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, and governance standards
- Drive user enablement, adoption, and training for GenAI tools across the organization
- Stay current with evolving AI technologies and help shape the internal AI roadmap
Required Skills
- Hands‑on experience in GenAI / LLM implementation, prompting, tuning, or evaluation
- Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone)
- Understanding of ML Ops, CI/CD, and containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with API development, data pipelines, and enterprise integration
- Knowledge of AI safety, governance, model assessment, and compliance
- English required; German language skills are an advantage
