Your Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis of personnel budgets and personnel costs
• Participation in strategic personnel planning
• Creation, maintenance, and analysis of staffing plans and personnel key figures
• Carrying out evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and variance analyses
• Preparation of reports and decision-making bases for managers and management
• Support in the further development of personnel controlling processes and systems
• Close cooperation with the HR department, managers, and management

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, administrative economics, HR, or controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training
• Several years of professional experience in personnel controlling are advantageous
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM) is desirable
• Structured, analytical, and meticulous way of working
• Confident demeanor and the ability to present complex issues understandably
