Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analysis of personnel budgets and personnel costs
- Participation in strategic personnel planning
- Creation, maintenance, and analysis of staffing plans and personnel key figures
- Carrying out evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and variance analyses
- Preparation of reports and decision-making bases for managers and management
- Support in the further development of personnel controlling processes and systems
- Close cooperation with the HR department, managers, and management
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, administrative economics, HR, or controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training
- Several years of professional experience in personnel controlling are advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM) is desirable
- Structured, analytical, and meticulous way of working
- Confident demeanor and the ability to present complex issues understandably
