As the sole creditor for all suppliers, FACURA allows companies to order from any online shop without the hassle of classic platform integration. We automate the process from quote to invoice, significantly reducing Maverick Buying, compliance risks, and accounting effort.\n\n## Your Role\n\nTo further expand in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a strong network in the procurement environment and a deep understanding of purchasing processes.\n\n## Your Responsibilities\n\n- Active sales of the FACURA solution to medium-sized and large companies in the DACH region\n- Identification, approach, and support of decision-makers in purchasing, accounting, and IT\n- Conducting product presentations, needs analyses, and offer negotiations\n- Support of pilot customers and guidance through to implementation\n- Building strategic sales partnerships with ERP/procurement service providers, purchasing associations, etc.\n- Participation in trade fairs and industry events (e.g., BME, Procurement Future, etc.)\n- Close collaboration with marketing, product development, and management\n\n## Your Qualifications\n\n- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the areas of:\n - Procurement / indirect purchasing\n - eProcurement / ERP systems\n - Purchasing service providers, IT-supported procurement\n- Good understanding of typical purchasing and invoicing processes in companies\n- Existing network with purchasing managers, CFOs, or digitalization managers is desirable\n- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of closing orientation\n- Occasional willingness to travel (DACH)\n- Fluent German, good English\n\n## What We Offer\n\n- Innovative and lean business model with a clear USP (not a platform, but a real full-service creditor)\n- Flat hierarchies and direct access to management\n- High degree of creative freedom in sales strategy\n- Attractive fixed salary + variable performance-based compensation (bonus/commission)\n- Flexible working conditions (home office / hybrid)\n- Participation in an agile, high-growth team\n\n## Are You Ready?\n\nDo you want to do more than just sell, but create real added value for companies?
