Job Summary

This is a 24-month contract position for a Senior People Brand and Communications Specialist (all genders) at HelloFresh in Berlin. The role focuses on operationalizing HelloFresh's global employer narrative, translating complex HR strategies into clear communications for employees, and driving user adoption of People products.

Your Tasks: The Recipe

Frontline & Non-Desk Communication Strategy: Develop and deploy a unified communications model for frontline and warehouse staff, using mobile-friendly tools and physical protocols.
Total Rewards Narrative & Adoption: Act as a "product marketer" for compensation and benefits, creating compelling narratives that highlight employee value.
Strategic Change Management: Support the rollout of major People Product initiatives (e.g., L&D platforms, performance frameworks, AI tools) with end-to-end communication plans and leader enablement toolkits.
Narrative & Visual Governance: Contribute to a unified People Brand identity, ensuring consistent voice and visual elements across all internal communications.

Expertise: Proven experience in internal communications, change management, or employer branding within a complex, global organization.
Translator Mindset: Ability to simplify complex HR processes into clear, value-driven employee stories.
Visual Literacy: Strong eye for visual communication and ability to work within established brand systems.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable partnering with senior COE leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Agility: Ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency while maintaining strategic focus.
