To continue expanding and continuously improving this platform, we are looking for a Software Engineer who not only understands our mission but wants to help shape it. Together, we will harmonize technology and law – efficiently, user-centrically, and scalably.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Frontend: You will further develop our custom-built frontend, based on React.js, focusing on intuitive question dialogues, streamlined data collection, and a high-performance closing process.
- Backend & System Integration: You will work on the integration and further development of our connected systems, particularly Zoho CRM and the legal software iusta, via custom-developed connectors (including DELUGE and JavaScript).
- Cloud Infrastructure: You will actively contribute to designing our infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform – scalable, stable, and secure.
- GenAI Development: You will develop chat and agent features that analyze documents, extract information, and initiate follow-up processes through tool access (e.g., CRM/Services).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: As part of an interdisciplinary product team, you will work closely with colleagues from product management, operations, and legal.
- Technological Advancement: You will contribute new ideas, test tools, solve complex challenges, and help continuously improve our product landscape.
What You Bring
- A completed degree in Computer Science (or Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification, e.g., training as a specialist in IT.
- In-depth knowledge of web development with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge and experience in building and operating cloud systems, ideally on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and an understanding of DevOps principles.
- Curiosity for modern interface technologies and a desire to think and contribute within a low-code environment.
- Initial exposure to LLMs/Agents (chat, document analysis, tool-calling/workflows) and a passion for building digital assistants that not only respond but also take action.
- Good knowledge of software quality, security, and clean architectures.
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
