As Tech Lead | Product Owner (m/w/d) in the e-Commerce department, you will shape the future of our digital platforms together with our agile e-Commerce team. You will develop innovative solutions, ensure technical excellence, and take our digital customer experience to the next level.

Key Responsibilities at a Glance

  • You will be responsible for the technical further development of our B2B e-Commerce platform -- from idea to go-live.
  • You will translate business requirements into technical concepts and coordinate them with the development team and stakeholders.
  • You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that technical requirements (e.g., interfaces, architecture, performance) are equally considered.
  • You will act as the interface between business and IT: You speak the language of developers while understanding the needs of our customers.
  • You will coordinate external service providers and internal teams, ensuring the timely implementation of e-Commerce projects.
  • You will actively support the selection and integration of new technologies and systems.
  • You will manage communication and coordination for interface connections to the ERP systems of our subsidiaries (e.g., SAP Business ByDesign, Business Central).
  • You will accompany the rollouts of our online shops in various markets.
  • You will support the expansion of international monitoring for success control and further development of our digital platforms.

Prerequisites for a Good Match

  • Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, E-Commerce, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a (technical) Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a digital environment, ideally in e-Commerce.
  • Very good technical understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, REST, JSON), APIs, shop systems, CMS, and modern cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Business Central) and their interface connections.
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Spryker or SAP) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of deployment processes, CI/CD, container technologies (e.g., Docker), and monitoring and tracking systems (e.g., PIWIK, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
