Talent & Performance Lead HCM (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices
• Experience with Workday Talent modules
• Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable system solutions
• Strong stakeholder management across global environments
• Structured and concept-driven thinking combined with execution strength

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor/Master degree in in computer science, information security, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation
• Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges

• Problem-Solver & Communicator
• Fluent English skills
