About This Position
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute a global education strategy, bringing it to life through impactful education and event concepts (e.g. trade fairs, shows, and industry events)
- Create high-quality, inspiring education content (digital and physical) that positions the brand as a leader in the professional hair industry
- Design future-ready learning experiences by understanding evolving learner behaviors and leveraging a mix of channels (e.g. in-salon, digital platforms, social, and blended learning)
- Define and implement global standards and guidelines, ensuring consistent and best-in-class execution across markets and regions
- Empower and enable local teams through Train-the-Trainer programs, toolkits, and scalable education systems
- Drive measurable business impact by linking education initiatives to commercial performance and continuously optimizing based on insights and feedback
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Education, Communication or similar) is a plus
- 5 years of professional experience in global/regional education content development, ideally within the haircare or beauty industry, combined with the ability to structure and present ideas in a clear and strategic way
- Strong expertise in global/regional education content development across B2C and B2B environments, with the ability to translate technical haircare knowledge into engaging, audience-relevant learning experiences
- Advanced knowledge of hybrid learning formats (e-learning, blended learning, in-person training) and experience designing scalable, high-impact content across digital platforms
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, combined with strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize content performance
- Fluent English skills
