What You´ll Do

  • As part of the Employee Engagement and Culture Communications team, you will be responsible for further developing internal employee touchpoints with a focus on our company's culture.
  • Measure and evaluate our global initiatives and internal campaigns, supporting the team with our KPI-based reports and driving further progress in this field.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including our own news portal and our internal social media platform.
  • Support a project on the longstanding history of Henkel on an organizational and operational level.

What makes you a good fit

  • University student with a focus on communications or journalism or studies related to business or politics.
  • First experiences in the field of communications, journalism or marketing.
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial.
  • Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
