What You´ll Do

  • Lead a team as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive, stress-free, and professional customer experience
  • Take responsibility for customer-specific processes such as inbound and outbound communication and the implementation of customer experience strategies, including analyses to improve customer satisfaction
  • Use customer feedback, customer visits, and market research to enhance customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement innovative ideas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners (e.g. Supply Chain, Centers of Excellence) and support the implementation of customer-focused projects and organizational changes
  • Monitor the use of CRM and service systems, continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and sustainability requirements

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3--5 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales
  • Leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams
  • Very good MS Office skills; SAP and CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent German and very good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct regular customer visits within Germany
