About This Position

What you´ll do

  • Define and drive HAT's global market strategy and GTM excellence framework across all business units
  • Ensure alignment of our strategic direction and digitalization efforts with business objectives and growth priorities
  • Lead the execution of regional and global strategic initiatives, working directly with various business unit, functional, and other key leadership stakeholders
  • Drive the ideation, design, and deployment of HAT's Integrated Steering & Reporting Platform, in collaboration with business units and cross-functional teams
  • Establish an efficient interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the development and scaling of the platform
  • Lead change management initiatives related to GTM transformation and digital tool adoption.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in business, STEM, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in market strategy, go-to-market strategy or corporate strategy in industrial B2B business at a global level
  • Profound expertise in digital transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple senior leadership levels
  • Fluent English skills
