Key Account Manager (M/W/D)

für den Bereich Edelmetallrecycling

Your Responsibilities

  • You are directly involved in the implementation of our service sales strategy.
  • You will work in both inside and outside sales, with the opportunity to manage selected customer groups nationally.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer network, managing all processes from acquisition, consultation, and offer preparation to contract design.
  • Personal contact is central to our approach, so you will work closely with our customers to support their growth with our diverse service portfolio.
  • You will also represent our company at trade events and trade fairs.

Your Qualifications

  • You have completed vocational training and have professional experience in key account management or field sales.
  • You are communicative and impress our customers with your positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • You have technical understanding and a quick grasp of complex contexts.
  • You have fluent English language skills.
  • Your work style is characterized primarily by customer orientation and teamwork.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact, including on-site at the customer's premises.
  • Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
