Your Role: (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) - International Projects

Join our WINNINGTEAM+ as a (Junior) Project Manager for international projects. After a structured onboarding and individual training, you will manage the organization and execution of our lightweight construction projects from our headquarters in Hennef. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely, cost-effective, and flawless project completion while serving clients across Europe.

Your excellent organizational skills will keep multiple projects on track, "on budget," and "on time." As a central point of contact, you will act as a strong communicator, mediator, and de-escalation specialist between international clients, authorities, service providers, suppliers, and internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Sales, Engineering, and Assembly). You will spend most of your time at our headquarters in Hennef, with occasional site visits (approx. 10%) within Germany and Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Commercial, technical, and organizational management of international lightweight construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and without defects.
  • Coordination of internal interfaces (Sales, Supply Chain Management, Planning, Dispatch) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors), ensuring all parties receive necessary information and preparatory work in a timely manner.
  • Creation of parts lists and material requirements from our system components based on hall configurations provided by Sales at project start. Definition of capacity needs for personnel, tools, and services.
  • Acting as a strong communicator, mediator, and de-escalation point for any obstacles or conflicts during project execution.
  • Primarily based at our headquarters in Hennef, with occasional project-related site visits domestically and within Europe (maximum 10%).

Your Profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree, ideally with a technical or construction background (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technician, Technical Draftsman, Technical System Planner, Construction Clerk, Technical Business Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Metalworker, or Carpenter with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman (*gn)).
  • Alternatively, individuals with a different educational background but relevant professional experience in technically oriented project management (e.g., trade fair construction, stage construction, event construction, facade construction, scaffolding, metal construction, plant construction, mast construction, wind power, solar installations, etc.) are welcome.
  • Practical experience in project management, project control, project execution, project leadership, construction management, work preparation, production planning, production control, order processing, or similarly structured areas.
  • Fluent German and English skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills, execution strength, and excellent communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office; experience with an ERP system is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness for occasional project-related travel within Germany and Europe (maximum 10%).
