Hermes Germany GmbH is seeking a Werkstudent (m/w/d) in HR Digitalization for their Hamburg headquarters. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term position (20 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities:

• HR Digitalization Support: Actively contribute to the digitalization of the HR department and participate in the development of modern HR processes.
• HR Software Maintenance: Assist in maintaining, adapting, and developing the central HR software "rexx" in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of structured documentation for systems and processes.
• Project Involvement: Participate in selected HR projects and support HR digitalization experts.
• Tool Implementation Support: Assist in the introduction of new tools, support training sessions, and provide first-level support for inquiries.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, or Education.
• Strong communication skills with diverse target groups and a confident, engaging demeanor.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take responsibility for HR digitalization initiatives.
• Structured, meticulous, and highly reliable work approach.
• Interest in digital HR systems and processes, with ideally some prior experience with HR tools.
