Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Digital and AI Lead for a contract position based in Starnberg with a hybrid work environment, offering flexibility for remote work as well. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our digital strategy initiatives, supporting our AI project teams from conception to execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You will interact with our Business Development team and manage digital campaigns, oversee technologies and newest AI developments, and ensure the successful integration of AI in our company.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Digital / AI Strategy and Marketing
- Effective Communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of newest AI technologies and their application in business environments
- Knowledge of Business and IT interactional challenges and strategies is advantageous
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in consulting or managing cross-functional teams is a plus
