The hey contact heroes are launching a new, large mobile communications project in the prepaid customer service sector -- and for this, we are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers to support us long-term.

If you live within the EU (but not in Germany) and are eager to start with us as a professional customer service partner, you are in the right place!

Your Mission:

• Friendly and solution-oriented handling of inbound calls regarding prepaid services, tariff issues, SIM cards, top-ups & basic technical questions.
• Structured processes, clear guidelines, and a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the project scope -- ideal for freelancers who plan their own time.
• Fair compensation per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model).
• 100% Remote -- you work from your location within the EU.

Training Start in February or March 2026, Secure Your Spot Early:

We offer several training rounds in February and March 2026, each limited to a fixed number of participants. Please note: The training sessions take place during daytime hours, full-time, for 8-10 days (8 hours per day).

Your Profile:

1. Legal & Formal Requirements

• Business registration / self-employment in an EU country (mandatory)
• Valid VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.) to issue proper invoices to us
• Residence in an EU member state (excluding Germany)
• Ability to issue monthly invoices
• Compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and NDA requirements
• Independent organization of your working hours and capacity

2. Technical & Personal Requirements

• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Initial experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Professional communication, reliability, and high service orientation
• Independent working style and high process discipline
• Long-term commitment to project participation

3. Technical Requirements

• High-performance and stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• Quiet, undisturbed workspace in your home office
• Ability to securely use our tools & systems

4. Availability

• Regularly plannable availability and capacity
• Reliable participation in all training days
• Willingness to work shifts within the project's operating hours
