Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and conduct training sessions and coaching for our customer service teams, both online and in virtual training rooms.
• Ensure optimal onboarding for new employees and continuous improvement for existing teams.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders, project managers, and clients to identify and address learning needs.
• Support the further development of our training concepts and learning materials.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or further education as a trainer (e.g., IHK, TÜV, or comparable).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or coaching, ideally within a contact center environment.
• Excellent German language skills (C1/C2) in speaking and writing.
• A feel for people, communication, and motivation.
• Your place of residence and work must be within the EU.
• Enthusiasm for driving change and inspiring people.
