To strategically further develop our app and elevate its content to the next level, we are looking for you as a dedicated Team Lead for our Content Team, who will take our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) / the heycare app to the next level with well-founded knowledge, a strategic perspective, and personal responsibility!

Responsibilities

• Further development of the product portfolio in the care areas of mental health, child & family, elder care, and pets.
• Strategic leadership of the content side of our care app: Translation of company goals, vision, and OKRs into concrete projects and measures.
• Leadership and further development of the content team (including our working students in content production).
• Responsibility for content quality, tonality, and relevance across all formats (videos, webinars, articles, courses, 1:1 consultations, interactive content, etc.).
• Conception and expansion of new content formats that sustainably support users and increase product usage.
• Stakeholder management with experts from psychology, care, education, and family counseling.
• Data-driven improvement of our app: Definition of success metrics, analysis of usage data and feedback, derivation of optimizations.
• Ensuring an effective content workflow, including planning, prioritization, briefing, production, and quality assurance.
• Collaboration with the product, sales, and customer teams to expand our content according to needs and close to the user/customer.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have experience in building an EAP, BGM (company health management), in the (mental) health sector, or with comparable content apps and are enthusiastic about our care topics (mental health, family, care, and pets).
• You have experience in leading (small) teams and enjoy motivating and developing others.
• You have knowledge of project management and ideally experience in cross-team collaboration.
• You have an understanding of technical processes and contexts (ideally with an app).
• You have the ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize them, and translate them into clear requirements.
• You have experience with analysis tools (reports, dashboards) and use them as an essential tool in your daily work.
• A strong hands-on mindset, paired with an independent way of working and creativity, allows you to work both strategically and operationally.
• You have proven experience in a dynamic, agile environment (e.g., start-up).
• You have a high level of commitment and passion.
• You have very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level); other languages are a plus.
