Role Description

This is a remote Co-founder (Chief Marketing Officer) role for our tourism marketplace. As the CMO, your mission is to be the Engine of Demand. You will be responsible for creating the brand authority and the digital funnels that attract both sustainable Tourism Partners (B2B) and conscious Traveler Clients (B2C).

You will shape and execute our global growth strategy, from performance marketing and SEO to brand storytelling. You will own the "top of the funnel," ensuring that HiMambo is the first name people think of when they seek transformative travel. You will work closely with Leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and scalable user acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Marketing Mastery: Ability to design lead-gen funnels that convert and brand stories that resonate.
  • Digital Proficiency: Expert knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Content Marketing tailored to the tourism industry.
  • Exceptional Storytelling: Ability to communicate the "Why" of sustainability in a way that inspires action.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive problem-solver comfortable with the uncertainty and speed of a startup.
  • Leadership: Experience managing marketing budgets (even if small/bootstrapped) and scaling growth teams.
  • Industry Background: Experience in travel-tech, sustainable tourism, or marketplace platforms is highly desirable.
  • Language: English (Business proficiency). Spanish and/or German language skills are desired but not essential.
