CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Wanted For Tourism Marketplace

HiMambo is entering its next chapter, and we're looking for a new Chief Technology Officer to lead it.

As we scale our marketplace platform, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on technology leader who can take ownership of our product architecture, engineering culture, and long-term technical vision.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in a startup or marketplace environment
• Strong background in scalable web architectures
• Experience with product-led growth and platform optimization
• Ability to balance strategy and execution
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
• C1 English level
• Spanish and/or German proficiency (Desired but not essential)
