Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inventory Data Entry specialist, located in Munich with the ability to work partially from home. The role involves accurately entering and updating inventory records into the company database, verifying data integrity, and performing regular audits to ensure accuracy. The professional will also assist with administrative tasks related to inventory management and collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills to efficiently handle data entry and database management
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for collaborating with team members and addressing inquiries
- Experience or proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment
- Experience with inventory management systems or software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are preferred
