(Senior) Manager Strategic Projects -- Germany (Hybrid working Flexibility)

We're partnering with a leading global industrial manufacturer (client confidential) that is shaping the future of sustainable coatings and advanced materials across Europe & Africa. With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term transformation, the company is now looking to hire a (Senior) Manager Strategic Projects to support its regional strategy and high-impact transformation initiatives.

About the Role

As (Senior) Manager, Strategic Projects, you will drive key strategic and transformation projects across the region, supporting commercial, organizational, and process-excellence initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership across Finance, Sales, R&D, Operations, and HR, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and delivering tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver strategic and transformation initiatives across Europe & Africa
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured workstreams, business cases, and executive-ready presentations
  • Lead cross-functional projects in commercial excellence, business development, and process optimization
  • Support organizational design, operating model development, and performance frameworks
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across markets and functions, ensuring smooth execution

What You Bring

  • 2--4 years' experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/project management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills
  • Confident communicator able to manage senior stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in industrial sectors (manufacturing/chemicals) is a plus, but not required
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
