Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and clean data from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Support the creation of dashboards, weekly reports, and visual summaries for different teams.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Perform data quality checks and help resolve inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Maintain and update internal datasets, including basic documentation and version organization.
• Assist with ad-hoc analytical tasks such as comparisons, calculations, and short research assignments.
• Participate in team meetings, share findings, discuss challenges, and align on priorities.
• Gain familiarity with new analytical tools and apply them to guided tasks.
• Document work clearly so team members can understand and extend your contributions.

Candidate Profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, business analytics).
• Basic understanding of dataset structures, common metrics, and fundamental analytical concepts.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic validation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to expand your analytical capabilities.
• Organized and reliable when working remotely and managing your workflow.
• Clear communicator who is able to document work and ask the right questions.
