Your Responsibilities
- Active new customer acquisition (B2B) via phone & email
- Qualification of leads and conducting initial consultations
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline in the CRM
- Participation in trade fairs, industry events, and networking events
- On-site appointments with potential customers (occasionally)
- Presentation of our solutions and support until closing
- Close collaboration with management and product team

- Initial experience in sales, e.g., as:
- Sales Manager
- Account Executive
- Business Development Manager
- SDR with closing ambitions
- Eagerness for active acquisition and approaching people openly
- Communicative, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work structurally and drive deals independently
- Willingness to travel for trade fairs and customer appointments (not classic field service)
