Your Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition (B2B) via phone & email
  • Qualification of leads and conducting initial consultations
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Participation in trade fairs, industry events, and networking events
  • On-site appointments with potential customers (occasionally)
  • Presentation of our solutions and support until closing
  • Close collaboration with management and product team

  • Initial experience in sales, e.g., as:
    • Sales Manager
    • Account Executive
    • Business Development Manager
    • SDR with closing ambitions
  • Eagerness for active acquisition and approaching people openly
  • Communicative, persuasive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work structurally and drive deals independently
  • Willingness to travel for trade fairs and customer appointments (not classic field service)
