What awaits you:

  • You will be responsible for booking and valuing business transactions in the general ledger and fixed assets in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and tax law.
  • You will actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • You will independently handle day-to-day business in financial accounting, e.g., incoming invoices, payment runs, and bank postings.
  • You will independently assess and book balance sheet and tax-related matters, particularly in the area of VAT.
  • You will coordinate closely with relevant interfaces, especially for intercompany reconciliations and with project teams for CAPEX and OPEX.
  • You will continuously develop and automate accounting processes within your area of responsibility.
  • You will support projects in the finance department and company-wide initiatives and act as a contact person for auditors and internal stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have additional qualifications as an International Accountant.
  • You have more than three years of professional experience in general ledger accounting and fixed asset accounting.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as very good SAP FI knowledge.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • You work in a structured and analytical manner, with high accuracy and a strong focus on closing.
  • You ideally have experience in process optimization and the digitalization of workflows.
  • You convince with team spirit, strong communication skills, high integrity, and reliability.
