We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Demand Generation Representative (m/f/d) Building Automation, working remotely from home or at a Honeywell location in Southern or Northern Germany.
In this position, you will be responsible for consistently generating demand in the Building Management Systems (BMS) sector, including creating, developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with end-users, planners, and general and sub-contractor accounts. You will ensure the continuous specification of Honeywell Partner Channel products across all business channels (indirect, direct & service).
Diverse internal and external interfaces require regular travel to customers and Honeywell locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying potential new customers, consultants, and planners, and their long-term acquisition for Honeywell Partner Channel products and services
- Professional business development focusing on end-users, M&E Consultants, planners, general and sub-contractors in line with Honeywell business objectives
- Developing business opportunities considering the Honeywell portfolio
- Tapping into new sales opportunities for new construction, modernization, and expansion projects in the field of building automation
- Actively contributing to product sales, projects, and the performance of the service sales team
- Generating new qualified sales and service leads and business opportunities for all market channels
- Contributing to the BMS strategy and implementation through research and business development
- Creating and maintaining business development plans for all newly identified customers
- Regularly participating and contributing to monthly sales/service team meetings
- Contributing to brand development by creating marketing content and participating in trade fairs to expand networks and influence
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Sound sales experience with proven success in business development directly related to end-users, M&E Consultants, planners, general and sub-contractors
- Commercial and technical understanding in the field of building/industrial automation and control systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable customer relationships with mutual added value
- Proven experience in acquiring and selling to new customers and developing new business opportunities
- Passion for proactive, competitive business development and growth
- High self-motivation with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
