With a team of more than 150 people, Hopkins advises and represents private individuals nationwide in all legal matters.
Responsibilities
- You are leading the world of legal services into the 21st century and are part of the mission to digitize and automate legal processes.
- As a Legal Operations Associate, you are primarily responsible for quality management, fee/remuneration issues, and complaint management, ensuring smooth workflows between clients, partner lawyers, and internal teams.
- You monitor our quality KPIs to identify deviations early on and initiate countermeasures.
- You are responsible for our review management and handle client complaints in a structured, solution-oriented, and legally sound manner (in writing and by phone).
- You handle inquiries regarding fee and remuneration issues from our clients and partner lawyers.
- You work with Product, Operations, and Partner Management on the continuous optimization of our processes, create tickets for our tech teams, and contribute your own ideas.
Qualifications
- You have completed studies in the legal field (e.g., business law, 1st state examination/diploma jurist, Bachelor/Master of Law or comparable).
- You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and can maintain an overview even with many cases.
- You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently, even in challenging complaint situations.
- You have a good understanding of billing logic and remuneration issues.
- You are enthusiastic about technology and know how to leverage software to simplify your work.
- Proactivity, self-reliance, and the ability to be successful in a team are the cornerstones of your structured way of working.
