Your Responsibilities: The Service of Tomorrow
- Implement Omni-Channel solutions (Voice, Chat, Social) based on Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Configure intelligent bots (Copilot Studio) and autonomous agents for pre-qualifying or resolving service requests.
- Utilize AI-powered sentiment analysis and "Next Best Action" recommendations to support service employees.
- Design efficient customer service processes and SLAs, and conduct workshops and training sessions for clients.
Your Profile: What You Bring
- Specialization in the Dynamics 365 CRM module Customer Service (including Copilot Studio, Chatbot, Customer Voice, Azure Communication Service, Teams Voice, etc.).
- Experience with Omnichannel configurations and ideally initial exposure to Conversational AI, Voice technologies (preferably Azure), and solutions (e.g., voice control, speech recognition).
- Understanding of service KPIs and processes in the contact center environment.
- Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
