UX/UI Designer at BurdaForward Italia (m/f/x)

About the Role

BurdaForward Italia is seeking a UX/UI Designer (m/f/x) to join their team in Berga-Wünschendorf. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with two exciting apps: Finanzen100 Broker and Currency Converter.
• Engage in varied projects, developing digital solutions for platforms/applications and creating user-friendly applications from complex information.
• Develop interactive prototypes to evaluate UX hypotheses.
• Contribute to UX and design for products, as well as strategic plans for product marketing initiatives across in-product, social media, and other external channels.
• Contribute to task tickets in the Scrum process for developers, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Participate in quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and sprint planning.
• Interpret user data (e.g., usability tests, A/B tests, JTBD) and derive conclusions.
• Utilize rapid prototyping methods, from quick MVP solutions to pixel-perfect click dummies.

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in common programs such as FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping and agile tools (whiteboard tools like Mural or Miro).
• Potential knowledge of the Jira tool for easier integration into the Scrum process.
• Graphic expertise and a strong sense for UX and usability to translate topics into understandable visual content.
• Willingness and motivation to continuously learn new topics and tools for project design.
• Independent and team-oriented work style.
• Open-mindedness, enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork, and passionate task fulfillment.
• Professional, open, and clear communication skills in English at different levels.
