Job Description:

Your Tasks:

• As a fully integrated team member, you will actively participate in the maintenance and optimization of our helpdesk tool.
• You will be significantly involved in the conception and establishment of high-performance feedback reporting.
• Furthermore, you will support our product team in the design and implementation of features along the feedback funnel (e.g., contact forms).
• Together with our product team, you will develop and implement features along the feedback funnel.
• You can expect independent tasks in a great, decentrally organized team with plenty of room for maneuver.

Your Profile:

• You are an enrolled student in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge in project management, preferably with Jira and Confluence.
• You already have initial experience with cloud computing (AWS), Terraform or OpenTofu, as well as PHP.
• You are proficient in using generative AI and apply it safely and reflectively.
• A basic understanding of backend processes for emails, especially regarding server and DNS structures, is required.
• Your strong communication skills are also evident in cross-team collaboration, especially with IT infrastructure (BDS) and other product and development teams.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
