Internship Business & Brand Development Menswear - Sustainability (m/f/d)

Location: HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany Type: Full-time Duration: Starting April 2026 for 6 months

This internship offers a responsible and varied activity in a highly motivated and dynamic team, providing comprehensive insight into the exciting field of activity of the Global Brand & Business Development Manager through involvement in day-to-day business and international projects.

What you can expect:

• Assisting in collecting and analysing sustainability data & product certification.
• Supporting Creative teams by addressing and resolving queries on sustainable products, ensuring alignment with HUGO BOSS's sustainability guidelines.
• Overseeing and checking the sustainability claims and communication on product level.
• Contributing to projects like the internal sustainability newsletter by researching and reviewing global sustainability initiatives in the fashion industry.
• Providing additional support in daily business and further development of projects in Brand & Business Development for our Menswear brandlines.

Your profile:

• Currently studying economics, fashion management, or other relevant fields, with first semesters completed or studies already finished.
• Passionate about sustainability.
• Open-minded, flexible, a team player, and enjoy challenges.
• General interest in trends, fashion, and design.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Previous practical experience during studies, with a proven ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Strengths include analytical thinking, creativity, structured working, quick comprehension, and communication skills.
