About Telus Health Engage\n\nWith an international team of over 100 employees from more than 25 nations, Telus Health Engage is developing a unique, holistic platform that helps people live healthier and more balanced lives.\n\nTo meet growing demand, we are looking for another freelancer to join our team, and provide quality coaching to the employees of our client base. Leveraging our large client base, you can forget about needing to find new clients, managing software or any other admin headaches and can instead focus on your passion: coaching. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule as you wish, and can work as much or as little as you like.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a coach to meet people from across the world and help them to become healthier and happier versions of themselves!\n\nThis is a remote-only role and you will be able to use your own device.\n\n### What you should bring to the table:\n\n* German at a near-native level (minimum C2.1)\n* Relevant education or certification from a credible institution (psychology, nutrition, coaching, mindfulness, or comparable)\n* Proven experience in at least one of the offered coaching areas\n* Comfortable working independently in a freelance, tool-driven setup\n* Reliable, structured, and willing to meet quality and compliance standards consistently\n\n### Nice to have's:\n\n* The ability to conduct sessions in English as well\n* Skills in any of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French\n\n### Interview process\n\n* 30min video call with the hiring manager\n* Offer\n\n### How you will spend your time:\n\n* Deliver 1-on-1 video coaching sessions across topics such as Mental Wellbeing, Nutrition, and or Stress Management and Meditation\n* Manage your own availability and appointment slots via our coaching tools\n* Maintain a high-quality, professional coach profile and session documentation\n* Work with the employees of our large, and vetted client base, with recurring demand\n* Adapt to changing coaching areas or languages as demand shifts (configurable via admin panel)\n\n### What we offer:\n\n* Compensation is paid per session completed with a quota-based bonus up to 300 € gross per month also available.\n* Remote Model: Remote\n* Country Code: de
