Tasks

Your Impact with us:

  • Market Development: You actively acquire new customers in the DACH market and prospectively support the expansion into international regions.
  • Close the Deal: From cold acquisition to closing - you manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Consulting at eye level: You understand the pain points of customers (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and deliver facts instead of marketing blah-blah.
  • Solution Sales: You strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify new demand potential early on.
  • Process Design: You develop strategies on how we win internationally.

Qualification

Your Profile:

  • German & English (Must-have): You are proficient in German (native speaker level) and business fluent in English. As we conquer international markets, English is your daily working basis to grow with us.
  • Sales DNA: Whether 2 or 20 years of experience - you love closing deals and work independently.
  • Clear communication: You communicate directly, listen actively and are authentic.
  • Tech-Affinity: You are enthusiastic about MarTech/Performance environment and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Opportunity Mindset: You quickly recognize market opportunities and can convincingly position new solutions.
