Our Commercial team ensures that the platform, products, and company remain controllable at all times.
Your Tasks
- You structure: You ensure clear, transparent cost structures in cost center controlling and keep an overview of our cost centers and recurring expenses.
- You check: You evaluate incoming invoices in terms of content and ensure clean allocation in DATEV and Lucanet as well as economic classification.
- You analyze: You identify deviations in forecasts and budgets, question developments, and derive economic contexts from numbers.
- You stabilize: You support month-end closings and ensure that our controlling processes function reliably.
- You develop: You question existing processes and contribute your own ideas for optimizing our controlling structures.
- You network: You act as a sparring partner for specialist departments, finance, and external partners on economic issues.
Your Profile
- Team player: You work independently but actively seek exchange and contribute constructively.
- Know-how: You have 2-4 years of experience in controlling or an accounting-related field and possess good business management understanding, especially in forecasting, budget planning, and cost center controlling.
- Structure: You work meticulously, think in contexts, and don't lose sight of the big picture even with detailed questions.
- Analytical strength: You recognize patterns, question anomalies, and derive meaningful impulses from them.
- Overview: You can take a step back and assess what is truly relevant for control.
- Communication skills: You formulate clearly, understandably, and enjoy working across departments.
- Tool competence: You are proficient with Excel and ideally with Power BI, Lucanet, and DATEV or comparable BI/ERP systems.
