You will take care of the operational management of our client environment and develop it further together with the team. Then let's get to know each other!\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\nClient Management & Microsoft Intune:\n- You are responsible for the operational management and further development of the Windows client landscape based on Microsoft Intune.\n- You maintain client standards and basic configurations and ensure the deployment and updating of operating systems and software.\n- You manage software distribution via Intune, including packaging, rollout, and maintenance of the deployed applications.\n- You analyze and resolve client and software problems in daily operations, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the end devices.\n\nRollouts & Projects:\n- You participate in rollouts, standardizations, and technical optimizations, and contribute to IT projects as needed.\n\nDocumentation & Quality Assurance:\n- You document your work in a structured and comprehensible manner to ensure sustainable standards and stable processes.\n\nUser Management & Mobile Devices:\n- As needed, you support the management of mobile devices, with a focus on Android smartphones.\n- Additionally, you provide support in user management and mailing, depending on current requirements and team priorities.\n\nCorporate Browser:\n- You manage our corporate browser in operational use, implement client-side configuration changes, and collaborate with the responsible teams on more complex or security-related issues.\n\n### Your Profile\n\nExperience & Environment:\n- You have several years of professional experience in the IT client or workplace environment and have already worked in professional IT structures.\n\nEducation & Qualification:\n- You have completed an IT-related apprenticeship, an IT-related degree, or possess comparable practical experience that allows you to work confidently in the client environment.\n\nWindows & Client Administration:\n- You have very good knowledge of Windows 11 administration in a corporate context and are confident in operational client management.\n\nEndpoint Management & Troubleshooting:\n- You have experience with Microsoft Intune, particularly in managing Windows clients, and approach client and software problems systematically.\n\nTeamwork & Collaboration:\n- You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly with colleagues, and actively contribute to good collaboration in IT operations.\n\nIndependent Work & Communication:\n- You work independently and responsibly, coordinating with the team in a solution-oriented manner as needed.\n\nLanguage Skills:\n- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.\n\n### What We Offer\n\n- Quality Time: Trust-based working hours, sabbaticals, flexible planning of your 30 vacation days, and the option to extend your vacation by 20 days.\n- Self-Organization: No micromanagement or traditional hierarchies – we work independently and focus on results.\n- Teamplay: People shape the company – not the other way around.\n- We create space for growth that each team can fill with initiative and personal responsibility.\n- Grow with us: Training, knowledge days, exploration days, peer feedback, individual development programs & our own academy.\n- You Create: Become an expert in your roles, contribute your own ideas, and drive projects forward independently – mutual development forms the basis for us.\n\n### How to Proceed\n\nYou can easily apply via our website.
