The People & Culture Services department is the first point of contact for all HR-related topics concerning operational personnel management. Our team of experts supports both employees and managers with all administrative queries. With our broad spectrum of tasks – from hiring, through consulting and support, to departure – we offer you as a working student the opportunity to gain experience in the Payroll Center of the People & Culture Services department.

What awaits you with us

You will be a fully integrated member of our team from day one, supporting us with day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Recording and archiving personnel-related data in the HR systems
  • Support with travel expense accounting
  • Salary administration tasks
  • Special HR tasks

What you bring with you

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Your work style is goal-oriented and structured, and you can organize yourself independently.
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
  • As a digital native, you master Microsoft Office & Co.
  • Your communication is friendly, clear, and concise.
  • You fully contribute your strengths and interests and are confident in taking on tasks that you manage independently.
