A fast-growing company in the automotive e-commerce sector is looking for a Operations Manager - Produktion (m/w/d). This role focuses on optimizing refurbishment processes and scaling production infrastructure to transform the digital used car market. You will work closely with central teams in Berlin to implement innovative production standards and modern technologies.
What you'll be doing
- Analysing refurbishment processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions
- Planning and coordinating the expansion and standardisation of production sites
- Conducting economic feasibility studies for technical equipment and investments
- Implementing digital tools and software solutions to track production KPIs
- Collaborating with logistics and facility management to integrate new technologies
What we're looking for
- Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in process management, production, or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Fluency in German and English to work in an international environment
