An innovative organisation in the energy sector is looking for a Software Developer. You will join a team driving the digitalization of energy infrastructure by developing the technological basis for secure and standardized sensor data integration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and operating middleware services for processing telemetry data between IoT backends and third-party systems.
• Building cloud applications using Java and Spring Boot while enhancing existing service functionality.
• Optimizing Microsoft SQL database connections and implementing complex queries using Hibernate and JPA.
• Managing deployments and infrastructure automation within Microsoft Azure using Terraform.
• Designing REST APIs and gRPC/Protobuf interfaces for reliable service-to-service communication.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in cloud software development with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript and React for internal tools and monitoring components.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• Experience maintaining automated build and deployment processes using GitLab CI pipelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and product management teams in an agile environment.
