Software Engineer

An innovative organisation in the business software space is looking for a Python-Entwickler (w/m/d) - Hybrid. This role combines technical development with project management to implement tailored CRM and ERP solutions for service providers. You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into efficient technical configurations and scripts.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the technical implementation of business software for professional service firms
• Analysing business processes to develop comprehensive implementation concepts
• Implementing technical configurations, developing scripts, and creating automated workflows
• Customising user interfaces and creating document templates within Microsoft Office
• Conducting client training sessions and providing feedback to product management

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of business processes
• Native-level fluency in German for professional communication and presentations
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region for client site visits
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office, with ERP/CRM experience being a plus
