Do you have experience in the GKV environment, e.g., as a social insurance specialist or health insurance administrator, and want to actively shape digitalization? Are you looking for a new perspective beyond the classic health insurance world? Then join our team!

At icraft, you will work on exciting customer projects related to strategy, organization, and IT. You will become part of a dedicated team working together on innovative solutions for the healthcare sector.

Your tasks at icraft

• Participation in agile projects related to organization & IT
• Requirements management & product ownership in cross-functional teams
• Conception and test support for core systems & apps
• Analysis & optimization of GKV processes
• Consulting for health insurance companies and healthcare organizations
• Market and technology trend research
• Development of decision papers & presentations
• Support with acquisition & internal innovation topics

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as a social insurance specialist, ideally with further training as a health insurance administrator or business administrator
• Professional experience in statutory health insurance
• Sound knowledge of GKV core systems (especially BITMARCK_21c|ng, oscare)
• Analytical thinking, a high willingness to learn, and initiative
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of communication
