A family-run company, specializing in real estate services including marketing, rental, and management, is seeking an Immobilienkauffrau/mann (m/f/d) for their Magdeburg location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Commercial administration from A to Z
• Management of residential and commercial properties
• Rent and debtor accounting
• Control and processing of property and tenant master data
• Support in the preparation of annual operating and heating cost statements

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or further training with initial experience in accounting, ideally in property management
• Knowledge of operating cost accounting
• Very good MS Office skills and experience with property management software
• Independent and responsible work ethic
