Web, Content & Campaigns -- Your Role With Us:

• ++Design and Maintenance of Online Presence:++ Website management, development of web layouts, optimization of company assets (logos, corporate design)

• ++Content and Social Media Management:++ Administration of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram), expanding reach, creation of website content, and multimedia content

• ++Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:++ Development and implementation of marketing strategies for B2B customer acquisition and existing customer communication, creation of campaign and marketing plans, performance marketing including Google Ads and Analytics

• ++Storytelling & Content Creation:++ Translation of complex content into understandable texts, storytelling for campaigns, content strategy including topic research and keyword analysis

• ++Collaboration & Coordination++ : Coordination with sales, product management, and other teams, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels

• ++Creative Freedom:++ Implementation of your own ideas in design, creation of print materials and online campaigns

What You Bring to Our Team:

• A completed degree or apprenticeship in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

• Very good German skills (C2) and good to very good English skills, written and spoken.

• Experience with marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Photoshop, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Office.

• The ability to independently plan and implement campaigns and content workflows.

• Creativity and storytelling talent to present complex content in an understandable and appealing way.

• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and the willingness to actively contribute ideas.

• Independent, structured, and proactive work style, as well as organizational talent for projects and webinars.

• Openness to feedback, digital trends, and innovative approaches.

Optional, But Valuable:

• Knowledge of Figma, Concrete5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience in B2B marketing and content creation for complex products.

• Data-driven work, including analysis, reporting, and optimization.
